We will kick off summer camp with water and sand play! Students may bring or wear their swimsuits under their clothes. Apply sunscreen liberally before bringing your student to camp and pack extra sunscreen, towels and clothes as we will get wet and have fun in the sun! Art and stories this week will be ocean and beach themed.

Week 2 Jul 1-3 Patriot Week
With Independence day this week, we will focus on patriotic stories and art, making American flags, and firework inspired art. We will learn songs like the “Star Spangled Banner” and “American the Beautiful”.

Week 3 Jul 8-12 Civil Service Week
A camp favorite, students can look forward to visits from the Police, Fire Department, Ambulance, and Garbage truck. We will learn about how each serve our community and the jobs that they do. Students will get to see equipment and vehicles and get to ask these important community workers questions.

Week 4 Jul 15-19 Tie Dye Week

She is so excited to spend this week with the kids.Week 5 Jul 22-26 Sports and Games WeekKickball, Volleyball, Sharks and Minnows, and Board games will be the focus this week. Students will have the opportunity to learn new games and play on teams and might receive a visit from a special guest professional sport player. More information to come!

Week 6 Jul 29- Aug 2 Reptile Week
We are bringing back the beaded lizards. Stories and art will be focused on animals and wildlife, especially reptiles, as we welcome back Joe the Reptile Guy and his reptile friends for a special presentation. Students will have the opportunity to interact with some reptile friends up close (if they choose to) and learn all about them. Your student definitely doesn’t want to miss this week!

Week 7 Aug 5-9 Visual and performing arts week.
This week we will have a growing art galla with canvas paintings and clay work. Students will also have the chance to work in groups or independently to put together an act for our talent show at the end of the week. Families are encouraged to attend and then take a tour of the art galla with their student to see all of their creations.
