Ron LiskeyRon Liskey - Specialty Teacher - Math and Woodworking
Ron Liskey teaches Woodworking in grades five through eight, and Algebra I in eighth grade.

Ron earned a BA Cum Laude in History and a California Teaching Credential with CLAD from Sonoma State University, an AS degree in Graphic Arts from Santa Rosa Jr. College, and a Waldorf Teaching Certificate from The Center for Educational Renewal. He has also completed advanced courses in Business Management, Fine Art, and Computer Science.

Ron has traveled widely, eventually settling down in Europe where he lived for many years, becoming fluent in German. Before becoming a teacher, Ron pursued a successful career in the high tech industry, where he managed electronic publishing, conference staging, and Internet development projects for Hewlett-Packard, MicroDesign Resources, Ziff-Davis, Reed-Elsevier, and O'Reilly and Associates.

Ron began his Waldorf teaching career in 2002 at River Oak School in Napa, California, where he led the school's first graduating eighth grade class. He went on to teach at several other Waldorf schools before finding the perfect home at Stone Bridge School.
